Marjoram leaves smell wonderful and have a mildly spicy, slightly sweet flavour. It is the cultivated variety of oregano. Mainly used in Italian dishes such as pizzas, pasta, tomato salads, stews, and with various fish. Nice table shaker with a handy alphabet design.
