Verstegen Minced Meat Mix without Breadcrumbs

Wednesday hasn’t been “minced meat day” for a long time, because these days you can eat minced meat any day, as long as you keep varying. That’s why we’ve developed different minced meat seasoning mixes—something for everyone! This minced meat spice mix with onions has a delicious taste of warm spices. Preparation (serves 4): mix approx. 1 tablespoon of Verstegen mix with 500 g minced meat. Optionally add 1 rusk / 20 g breadcrumbs, an egg, or 100 ml milk/water. Shape into four balls. Heat 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat for approx. 20–25 minutes, turning until nicely browned all over and cooked through.
