0,5 l
€5.15 (incl. VAT)
Soft, fresh, and creamy - the wheat gives that creaminess, plus a light, pleasantly fresh and sour taste. The aroma is dominated by banana and clove. Flavor profile: fresh, fruity, and spicy. Delicious with: pork, satay, weisswurst, and goat cheese. Best served at: 6-8 degrees Celsius. Weihenstephan is the oldest brewery in the world. As early as 1040, the Benedictine monks of the monastery were granted the right to brew beer. Since 1803, the brewery has been owned by the Free State of Bavaria. Much has changed over the centuries, but the traditions are upheld with respect. Today, the brewery works together with the Technical University of Munich. The modern brewing facility, combined with history and tradition, produces fifteen original beers of exceptional quality.
