Zaanse Halfvolle Mayo is developed for consumers who want to limit their calorie intake while still not wanting to miss the taste of Zaanse Mayonnaise for anything. That’s why the same flavour ingredients are used for Halfvolle Mayo as for Zaanse Mayonnaise. However, the oil percentage has been reduced from 80 percent to 35 percent. To still guarantee the right texture, water, starches and gums are added. In addition, herb flavourings are added to ensure the delicious taste.
