The basis of Becel consists of a mix of vegetable oils that are extracted from, among other things, the seeds of sunflowers, linseed flowers and rapeseed flowers that grow on the farmland. To make a spreadable margarine product from these oils, a limited amount of 'hard fat' is needed. Becel uses coconut oil as a 'hard fat', which makes this product palm oil-free. becel creamy makes an important contribution to the required daily amount of omega 3. This contributes to the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels in the blood. And that is why Becel is good for the heart.
