Dr. Oetker Brookies brownie & cookie baking mix

    REQUIREMENTS: • 1 Pack of Dr. Oetker Brookies Brownie & Cookie. • 100 grams of butter/margarine. • 2 eggs. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: • Mixer with whisks. • Mixing bowl. • Saucepan. PREPARATION TIME: Preparation: ±15 minutes. Baking time: 30-35 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE: Electric oven: 180°C. Fan oven: 170°C. Gas oven: setting 4. Electric oven recommended. PREPARE (5 Minutes): • Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. • Press the perforated edges of the baking tin downwards. PREPARING THE BATTER (10 minutes): • Melt 75 grams of butter in a saucepan and pour into a mixing bowl. • Add 1 egg and the brownie mix and mix it with the mixer with whisk attachments on the highest setting for 1 minute until a smooth mixture. • Spoon the brownie batter into the baking tin and spread it over the bottom. • Beat the remaining 25 grams of butter with the mixer in a (clean) mixing bowl until soft and creamy. • Add the chocolate chip cookie mix and 1 egg. Mix everything together with the mixer with beaters on the middle setting until a coarse, coherent shortcrust pastry is formed. • Divide the shortcrust pastry evenly over the brownie batter in the baking tin. BAKING (30-35 minutes): • Place the baking tin on the rack slightly below the center of the preheated oven. • Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes.
