    Indian-style spice paste based on ginger, coriander and tamarind

    Tandoori is the generic name for marinated ingredients that are traditionally prepared in a Tandoor (an extremely hot clay oven).

    Recipe for marinated tandoori chicken (4 people): Mix 1/2 jar of herb paste with 70g yoghurt. Add 500g chicken fillet cut into large pieces and let it marinate covered in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning regularly, until chicken is done.
