Wash leek and cut into rings. . Cook macaroni according to instructions. . Fry the minced meat in a dash of oil. . Fry the pepper and leek for 2 minutes. . Add tomato puree and the mix and stir well. . Stir in cooked macaroni and heat the mixture while stirring. . Do not add salt or pepper. Tip . Sprinkle grated cheese over the dish to your own taste
