    Preparation method • Knead the mix and an egg into 500g minced meat. • Turn meatballs. • Heat butter or baking product in a pan and fry the meatballs until brown on all sides until they are done. • Do not add salt, pepper or breadcrumbs. Tip • Delicious with broccoli and pasta with tomato sauce with a pinch of Silvo Italian herbs.
