Kung- Pao kip roerbaksaus
Kung Pao Chicken Preparation: 5 minutes, Cooking: 12 minutes, Serves 2.
Just ADD: 250 g chicken thigh filet, diced, ½ red pepper, diced, 4 spring onions, chopped, 30 g roasted cashew nuts (optional) 1 Tbsp oil, 1 pack of Kung Pao Chicken Stir-fry Sauce. 1 Heat wok or frying pan till smoking hot, add oil to coat wok, add pepper and spring onions. 2 Add chicken and stir-fry till it turns golden brown. 3 Add Kung Pao Chicken Stir-fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water and mix well to coat all ingredients. Cook for a further 2 minutes and serve with rice.
