Recipe for 3-4 people

• 600 g Pre-cooked potato slices
• 1 Zucchini, diced
• 2 Red bell peppers, sliced
• 250 g Cherry tomatoes
• 300 g Minced meat
• 1 tbsp Oregano
• 1 Jar Potato Mix Bacon-Onion
• Optional: 120 g grated cheese for gratinating

Preparation method

• Preheat the oven (fan oven 200°C).
• Cook the minced meat until crumbly in a pan, drain excess liquid and season with salt and pepper.
• Mix the potatoes with the vegetables, oregano, minced meat and Potato Mix.
• Put everything in a baking dish and optionally sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven for about 35 minutes.
