    Preferably fry in oil.

    Pan 9 mins.
    Frozen: 9 minutes.
    Thawed: 5 minutes.
    Add a dash of oil to the pan, medium heat and turn the product regularly.

    BBQ 14 mins.
    Frozen: 14 minutes.
    Thawed: 10 minutes.
    Turning regularly.

    Do not thaw the product in the packaging.
