    Aviko potato slices are delicious crispy potatoes. Crispy crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The potatoes are prepared in 100% sunflower oil. Aviko carefully selects fresh potatoes from local farmers. The potatoes are peeled, cut and specially pre-fried, so that you can bake them perfectly in the air fryer, deep fryer, frying pan or oven. Ideal for an ordinary day, but also to surprise everyone during a festive meal with, for example, a potato gratin. This is how you make a delicious potato gratin from these potato slices. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, stir mascarpone with crushed garlic. Add the potato slices and mix well. Divide the potato slices in 3-4 layers over the baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Bake the gratin in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done. With more layers, the oven time is longer: the gratin is done when a skewer slides easily through all the layers.

    Usage

    Do not refreeze after thawing.
    Preparation: Do not thaw before use. Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Turn regularly in between; Deep fryer: Heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175°C. Fry portions of approximately 600g for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time; Oven: preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of 600g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between; Air fryer: preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Bake portions of 600g for 12 minutes.
