Preparation: METHOD: do not thaw before use. Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly in between.
Preparation: Air fryer: preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Bake portions of 450g in 8 minutes until crispy. Please note: burning may occur more quickly when preparing sweet potato cubes in the air fryer.
Preparation: Oven: preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of 450g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between.
Preparation: Deep fryer: heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175°C. Fry portions of 450g for 3-4 minutes. Do not fry too darkly and fry smaller portions for less time. Every appliance is different; The above preparation methods are therefore guidelines.
