Most wines in this region are made using the so-called 'direct pressing' method. For this, the grapes are pressed very carefully and gently, allowing only a small amount of color from the skins to enter the juice. This keeps the wine a transparent pink and gives it its elegant taste. It seems light but is robust in the Provençal style. Made from cinsault and grenache.
