The bumboes are concentrated wet herbal mixtures from Asia. They are made from finely crushed herbs and spices. With a bumbu you can easily give the authentic oriental taste, smell and color to meat, chicken and vegetable dishes.

Preparation method:
Add yourself: 400 g chicken fillet or pork (cubes), 500 g nasi vegetable package, 400 g white rice and wok oil.
Boil the rice and fry the meat in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add the vegetables and fry for 4 minutes. Then add the bumbu and 50 ml of water and fry for 2 minutes. Add the rice and stir everything together well.
Tip: Nasi Goreng is often prepared with chicken or pork, but can be combined with countless ingredients. For example, make it vegetarian by combining the nasi with cashew nuts or jackfruit!
