The Conimex boemboe for Sajoer Boontjes is a spice paste prepared with coconut and red peppers, among other things. With this bumbu you can make a delicious sweet, spicy bean dish from Indonesian cuisine. The bumboes are concentrated wet herbal mixtures from Asia. They are made from finely crushed herbs and spices. With a bumbu you can easily give the authentic oriental taste, smell and color to meat, chicken and vegetable dishes. The delicious Conimex Sajoer Boontjes Boemboe is prepared based on an authentic Indonesian recipe. This bumbu is easy to prepare, just follow the instructions (on the back of the package). It is a delicious dish for 3 to 4 people that is ready within 15 minutes. We have adapted the recipe for our boemboes with attention to sugar and salt, with an equally delicious and familiar taste.

Preparation method:
Add yourself: 500 g green beans (halved), 300 g rice and wok oil.
Boil the rice and pre-cook the green beans for 5 minutes. Stir-fry the green beans in 2 tbsp wok oil for about 2 minutes. Add the bumbu and 200 ml of water. Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with the rice.
