Preparation:
Add yourself: 500 grams (unsalted) pork or chicken breast, 1 packet of Conimex Peanut Satay Sauce, and Conimex Fried Onions.
Mix the Conimex Satay Marinade Mix with 2 tablespoons of Conimex Ketjap Manis and 1 tablespoon of water. Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm, mix them with the marinade, and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Thread the meat cubes onto satay sticks. Grill the satay under the grill or in a grill pan until browned and cooked through. Also tasty on the barbecue. Warm the Conimex satay sauce according to the instructions on the package. Serve the satay with the satay sauce and fried onions.
