Preparation method:
Add yourself: 500 grams (unsalted) pork or chicken fillet, 1 bag of Conimex Peanut Satay Sauce and Conimex Fried Onions.
Mix the Conimex Satay Marinade Mix with 2 tbsp Conimex Ketjap Manis and 1 tbsp water. Cut the meat into cubes of approximately 2 cm, mix them with the marinade and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Thread the meat cubes onto skewers. Grill the satay under the grill or in the grill pan until brown and done. Also delicious on the barbecue. Heat the Conimex satay sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Serve the satay with the satay sauce and fried onions.
