Conimex Spicy Szechuan Wok Sauce is a sweet and spicy Chinese stir-fry sauce made with Sichuan pepper. With this wok sauce you can make the perfect Chinese stir-fry dish and vary endlessly. Combine it with (vegetarian) meat, Conimex Wok Noodles and fresh vegetables to quickly make a delicious stir-fry. This wok sauce is also perfect to use as a dressing or marinade for both vegetarian and meat dishes. Stir-frying is a cooking technique that is more than 2,000 years old. Thanks to the shape of the wok, the heat is distributed evenly, so the ingredients cook quickly and flavour and vitamins are better preserved than when they are boiled.
Preparation method for 2–3 people:
Prepare 125 g Conimex Wok Noodles according to the instructions on the pack. Then add 2 tbsp wok oil to the wok and stir-fry 250 g (vegetarian) chicken fillet until golden brown. Next, add 400 g mixed stir-fry vegetables to the wok. Then add the noodles and half a bottle of wok sauce and stir-fry everything together for another 2 minutes over high heat. The pack contains over 5 servings. Once opened, keeps for 2 months, provided it is stored refrigerated.
