Usage
Preparation: Let the snails drain. Mix with 70g butter, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic, 4 sprigs of finely chopped parsley, nutmeg and plenty of pepper. Place the snails in the oven at 230°C for 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Snails (Achatina Fulica) (MOLLUS), water, salt, natural flavour.
