Dr. Oetker pink glaze

Per 125 g

    1. Place the sachet in a pan or bowl with plenty of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes. Make sure the pouch stays submerged. 2. Remove the bag from the water and knead the bag of icing well. 3. Cut off the top corner of the bag (see cut edge) and pour the liquid icing over the cooled cake. If necessary, smooth the icing with a flat knife. 4. Let the icing cool for about 30 minutes. Tip: If you want to decorate the icing with Dr. Oetker sprinkle decorations, do this immediately after the glaze has been applied to the baking. Have fun baking!
