Cut the chicken and onion into pieces. Mix the herb paste with the chicken and onion. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the vegetables, blanch the cauliflower briefly and stir-fry all the vegetables with a teaspoon of oil until al dente. In another pan, stir-fry the chicken mixture in butter over medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked, add the cooking cream and yogurt. Stir briefly and let it simmer until the sauce is nice and creamy. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
