Usage
Preparation: Add yourself for 4 people: - 400g rice, 300g beef strips - 125g spring onion, 400g broccoli, 1 pepper - 10g coconut oil PreparationCook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the vegetables. Wok the meat in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over high heat until it is brown all over. Stir-fry the vegetables briefly. Add the sauce and simmer until the vegetables are al dente.
