Faja lobi roti masala trafasie is a freshly prepared stir-fry mix specially developed to enable you to prepare authentic Surinamese roti dishes from our passionate family kitchen.

Combine with: Faja Lobi sandhias roti (4 pieces) 200 gr
Usage
Preparation: Add: 400 g Kotomisi Basmati; ½ jar (180 g) Faja Lobi Moksie Special Trafasie; 1 tsp ginger powder; 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder (spice powder); 1 mandarin; 1 tbsp honey; 8 pieces of chicken chop. Preparation method: 1) Mix ½ jar (180 g) of Faja Lobi Moksie Special Trafasie with the ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, mandarin (squeezed) and divide the marinade over the meat. 2) Marinate the meat 2-3 hours or overnight in advance. 3) Place the marinated meat in an oven dish, spread the remaining marinade over it and grill it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. 4) Remove from the oven for the last 5 minutes, brush the chop with 2 tablespoons of honey; put it back in the oven and grill it for another 5 minutes.
