Hollandia is a family bakery that has been baking Matzes since 1933, following a traditional recipe. Originating from an age-old custom in which the large Matze is served at Easter. Nowadays, Matzes are eaten all year round. Matzes contain no salt, no sugar, no colourings, no flavourings and virtually no fat. Very few calories, yet that delicious light, crispy taste.
