100g ham
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1500 ml of water

General preparation method
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the peeled and chopped asparagus and the sliced ham.
3 Place the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish the soup with the finely chopped parsley.
