1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top and bottom heat). 2. Roll the dough on the rolled-up baking paper directly onto the baking tray. Note: Place the rolled dough on the baking tray before starting to roll it out. 3. Divide the crème fraîche over the dough and sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg. 4. Top with fresh ingredients such as onion rings and bacon. 5. Bake the flammkuchen for about 12 to 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown. The baking time may vary depending on the oven and the chosen topping.
Usage
Use immediately after opening & prepare according to the baking instructions before eating (not in the microwave).
Store refrigerated at max. 7°C. Freezing is possible, but may affect the quality of the dough.
