    Recipe with lots of vegetables Shopping list • 375 g chicken fillet (diced) • 2 onions • 2 cucumbers • 150 g carrot julienne • 200 g crème fraîche light • 350 ml low-fat yoghurt • Oil How to make it [35 min] 1. Mix the spice mix with 3 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken cubes in it for about 10 minutes. Coarsely chop the onions. 2. In the meantime, cook the rice mix in plenty of boiling water while stirring for about 14 minutes until done and drain. 3. Coarsely grate the cucumbers. Mix the yoghurt with the raita sauce mix and stir in the carrot julienne and cucumber zest. 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and done. Add the onion and fry for about 2 minutes. 5. Add 500 ml water and the sauce mix. Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the crème fraîche and heat for another 1 minute. 6. Serve the Tandoori Chicken, raita and rice separately.
