    Shopping list
    - 375 g chicken fillet (cubes)
    - 2 onions
    - 2 cucumbers
    - 150 g carrot julienne
    - 200 g light crème fraîche
    - 350 ml low-fat yoghurt
    - Oil

    This is how you make it
    1. Mix the spice mix with 3 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken cubes in it for about 10 minutes. Chop the onions coarsely.
    2. In the meantime, cook the rice mixture in plenty of boiling water for about 14 minutes, stirring, until done, then drain.
    3. Coarsely grate the cucumbers. Mix the yoghurt with the raita sauce mix and stir in the carrot julienne and cucumber grated.
    4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Add the onion and fry for about 2 min.
    5. Add 500 ml water and the sauce mix. Bring to the boil and let it simmer gently for approx. 2 min. while stirring. Add the crème fraîche and heat it for approx. 1 min.
    6. Serve the Tandoori Chicken, raita and rice separately.

    Tasty and varied

    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher:
    Replace the chicken fillet with 2 containers of Chicken Pieces. In step 3, fry the Chicken Pieces briefly until golden brown, they are already done.

    Tip from the greengrocer:
    Replace the chicken fillet with 400 g cauliflower florets. Pre-boil these for 5 min.

    Variation tip:
    Sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander over the dish.
