225 g chicken breast, 300 g green beans, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 200 g baby potatoes (pre-cooked), and oil.
Preparation method:
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Mix the spice mix with 1 tablespoon of oil and marinate the chicken cubes in this for about 10 minutes.
2. Finely chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and halve the baby potatoes. Halve the green beans and boil them for about 5 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Add the onion and fry for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, the sauce mix, and 350 ml of water and stir well.
4. Add the green beans and baby potatoes, bring everything to a boil while stirring, and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
5. Take the roti pancakes out of the packaging and warm them for 35 seconds in the microwave (600 W).
6. Fill the roti pancakes with the chicken mixture and fold them closed.
