    Recipe with lots of vegetables
    Grocery list
    - 225 g chicken fillet
    - 300 g green beans
    - 3 tomatoes
    - 1 onion
    - 200 g potatoes (pre-cooked)
    - Oil

    This is how you make it:
    1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Mix the spice mix with 1 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken cubes in it for about 10 minutes.
    2. Chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and halve the potatoes. Halve the green beans and pre-boil them for about 5 minutes.
    3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and done. Add the onion and fry for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, the sauce mix and 350 ml water and stir well.
    4. Add the green beans and the baby potatoes, bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
    5. Remove the roti pancakes from the packaging and heat them for 35 seconds. in the microwave (600 W).
    6. Fill the roti pancakes with the chicken mixture and fold them closed.

    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher:
    Replace chicken fillet with 1 pack of chicken pieces. In step 3, briefly fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, they are already cooked.
    Tip from the greengrocer:
    Replace the chicken fillet with 200 g pumpkin cubes (pre-cook for 3 minutes). In step 3, fry the marinated pumpkin for about 5 minutes and then add the vegetables.
    Variation tip:
    Add 1 boiled egg per person, sliced.
