    PreparationInstructions:
    Curry voor 2-3 personen: • 70g Koh Thai Groene Currypasta • 165ml Koh Thai kokosmelk • 200g gesneden kipfilet of kikkerwten • 400g Thaise wokgroenten. Bereidingswijze: 1. Fruit de currypasta kort in 1 eetlepel olie. 2. Voeg de kipfilet / kikkererwten toe en bak 2-3 minuten. 3. Voeg de groenten toe en bak 3 minuten mee. 4. Voeg de kokosmelk met 50ml water toe en breng het geheel al roerend aan de kook. Laat zachtjes doorkoken tot (kip en) groenten gaar zijn.
