The story of Koh Thai is the story of Philippe. A Swiss Greek who traveled through Thailand with his backpack in search of special dishes and ingredients. Together with his partner, they decided to import products from Thai cuisine to Europe.
Usage
Curry voor 3 personen: • 3 eetlepels currypasta • 165ml Koh Thai kokosmelk • 200g garnalen of tempeh in reepjes (naturel) • 400g Thaise wokgroenten.
Ingredients: water, garlic, chili pepper (15%), shallot, lemongrass, sugar, salt, galangal, kaffir lime, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom), acid: citric acid.
