    This curry paste gets its color and flavor from dried red peppers. The red curry paste has a slightly milder taste than the green curry paste.

    Usage

    Curry voor 2-3 personen: • 70g Koh Thai rode curry pasta • 165ml Koh Thai kokosmelk • 200g garnalen of tempeh in reepjes (naturel) • 400g Thaise wokgroenten. Bereidingswijze: 1. Fruit de currypasta kort in 1 eetlepel olie. 2. Voeg de garnalen/tempeh toe en bak 2-3 minuten. 3. Voeg de groenten toe en bak 3 minuten mee. 4. Voeg de kokosmelk met 50ml water toe en breng het geheel al roerend aan de kook. Laat zachtjes doorkoken tot garnalen en groenten gaar zijn.
