Preparation: Requirements: - 1 pack of Koopmans Mushroom cakes - 2 eggs - 50 g butter or margarine - 1 tbsp water (11 g) Kitchen utensils: - Mixer with garden - Oven baking tray. Oven temperature: Electric oven 180°C - Fan oven: 165°C - Gas oven: setting 2-3. Most suitable oven setting: Electric oven. Preparation time: Preparation: approximately 20 minutes. Baking time: 13-18 minutes. Preparation method: 1. Remove the baking tray from the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Beat the butter in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy with the mixer. 3. Add the cake mix and eggs at once. 4. Mix everything on the lowest setting for half a minute until you have a smooth batter (do not beat until fluffy). 5. Place the 13 baking tins on the baking tray and make sure there is sufficient space between them (3-5 cm). 6. Divide the batter among the molds with 2 small tablespoons. Make sure that the batter remains below the edge (5 mm) of the baking tin. 7. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake the cakes for 13-18 minutes until done and golden brown. Let them cool outside the oven. 8. Place the icing mix and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl and stir until a smooth and firm icing (see tips). 9. Using the back of a tablespoon, cover a cake with the icing and then immediately place the white dots on the icing to create beautiful mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!.
