Preparation advice for convection oven:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
2. Place the bitterballen on an oven rack & slide the rack into the middle of the oven.
3. Place a drip tray at the bottom to keep the oven clean.
4. For best results, do not use baking paper or baking dish.
5. Bake the Bitterballen for 10 minutes.
6. Let the bitterballen rest outside the oven for 2 minutes for optimal crispiness.
