    - 750 g cherry tomatoes
    - 3 cm ginger root
    - 1 tbsp honey or ginger syrup
    - 2 lemons
    - 1 large bunch of fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, dill and chives
    - 200 g fresh goat's cheese, natural
    & optional:
    1 tbsp pine nuts

    Preparation: 1. Place 100 ml of water in a pan and bring to the boil. Allow 75 g of couscous per person. To prepare the entire pack, use 350 ml.2. Remove the pan from the heat source.3. Place the couscous in the pan.4. Stir briefly. Let the mixture soak for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan.5. Fluff the couscous with a fork.6. If necessary, add olive oil and salt to taste.
