    1. Verhit wat olijfolie of boter in een pan met een dikke bodem.
    2. Roer de risotto rijst erdoor en bak kort totdat de rijst glazig is (75g per persoon).
    3. Verwarm de bouillon. Ga uit van 225 ml per 75g rijst.
    4. Voeg steeds in delen de bouillon bij de rijst en roer af en toe. Kook gaar in circa 18-20 min. Voeg pas een nieuwe scheut bouillon toe als een vorig deel volledig door de rijst is opgenomen.
    5. Roer er tenslotte een klontje boter door en breng eventueel op smaak met zout en peper.
