The delicious cultured butters from Le Gall come from Brittany and are crafted in a traditional manner. The natural feed and the Breton climate provide a creamy, nutty flavour. With salt derived from the fleur de sel (white top layer) of Guérande salt 100% natural, free from artificial additives Traditionally made by genuine 'maîtres beurriers' (masters of butter) Genuine French butter Did you know it takes nearly 24 hours to make butter the traditional way? For Le Gall butter, the cream is matured for 15 hours and lactic acid bacteria are added. After maturing, the churning is carried out in the traditional way by true butter masters.
