The delicious cultured butters from Le Gall come from Brittany and are made in a traditional manner. The natural feed and the Breton climate provide a creamy, nutty flavor. Traditionally prepared by 'maitres beurriers' (butter masters) 100% natural, free from artificial additives Genuine French butter Did you know it takes almost 24 hours to make butter the traditional way? For Le Gall butter, the cream is matured for 15 hours and lactic acid bacteria are added. After maturation, the churning is carried out in the traditional way by true butter masters.
