Microwave (700W): Prick the covering foil in a few places. Place the package in the microwave and heat the dish for 4-5 minutes. Then let the dish stand for another 1 minute before removing the foil. Be careful of escaping water vapor when opening. Stir the meal before consumption.
Pan/Wok: Remove the dish from the packaging and heat it, stirring, in a frying pan or wok.
