Marne Dijon mustard

This type of mustard for true enthusiasts originally comes from the French city of Dijon. Made according to an official French decree – also by Marne Mustard! In the production of this mustard, only the core of the brown mustard seeds is used. As a result, this mustard is considerably sharper than, for example, French or coarse mustard. And because the husks of the mustard seeds are sieved out during production, the mustard gets its strikingly light color.
