Thanks to both a careful selection of the ingredients (grape must and wine vinegar) and a long maturation in small barrels, the product is perfect in its balance between sweet and sour components. An elegant and historic bottle completes the product, which is one of Mazzetti l'original's best-selling balsamic vinegars in years. The product is ideal for refining grilled meats, seafood and garnishing vegetables. It is also perfect for preparing marinades and hot sauces. Recipe suggestion from the Mazzetti 3 Wine Sheets recipe book: Beef tenderloin with balsamic vinegar sauce and rosemary. Cook a tenderloin in a baking dish, with the addition of rosemary and thyme, for about 20 minutes.
