Usage
Preparation: Requirements 1 pack mix for cheesecake strawberry 50 grams butter 400 ml water 500 grams low-fat cottage cheese 250 ml unbeaten, unsweetened whipped cream springform pan 22-24 cm ᴓ Preparation 1. Place the sheet of baking paper over the springform pan base and close the springform pan. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave. 3. Add the crumb base mix and stir well. Cover the bottom of the springform pan with this and spread evenly. Then press it down with the rounded side of a spoon and let the base set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. 4. Place 400 ml of water in a mixing bowl and add the mix for strawberry cheesecake. Beat this with a mixer on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until smooth and airy. 5. Add the cottage cheese and whipped cream and mix with a mixer for about 1 minute. 6. Spread the mixture over the base and smooth the top. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 7. Decorate the cake as you wish with fruit and whipped cream. tip replace cottage cheese with 500 grams of yoghurt for a yoghurt cake. That will be enjoyable!

Ingredients: Crumb base mix: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), glucose syrup, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin [E322]), raising agent (sodium carbonate [E500], ammonium carbonate [E503]). Cake mix: sugar, beef gelatin, modified tapioca starch, glucose syrup, vanilla flavor, coloring (beetroot red [E162]), 0.9% strawberry powder, coloring safflower extract, food acid (citric acid [E330]).
