    Preparation: Thaw in the refrigerator before preparation. Rinse the pangasius fillets with cold water and pat dry. Use within 24 hours after thawing. [fryingpan-icon] IN THE FRYING PAN Heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the pangasius fillets for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway. [oven-icon] IN THE OVEN Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the pangasius fillets in an oven dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the center of a preheated oven for 14-16 minutes.
