Our pangasius fillet comes from specially selected farms in Vietnam that raise pangasius responsibly. Pangasius is a tropical fish with firm white-pink flesh, mild in flavor. Its mild taste makes it easy to combine with all kinds of dishes and cooking styles. Easy to prepare in a frying pan or oven, or cut into pieces for the wok. Raised with care for the fish, the environment, farm workers, and local residents.
