Pastasauce
Cut fresh tomato into large wedges. Mix the tomatoes with sea salt, a dash of vinegar, sliced garlic clove, fresh parsley and freshly ground pepper. Let the tomatoes marinate for 15 minutes. Then drain the marinated tomatoes briefly. Cook the fresh Pasta (Tortelloni cheese nuts) according to the preparation method. Heat the fresh pasta sauce 5 cheeses. Drain the fresh pasta and mix it roughly with the hot pasta sauce. Place the pasta with sauce on the plate and scoop the marinated tomato on top. Extra delicious with a handful of fresh arugula.
Usage
Preparation: Pan: heat while stirring, do not let it boil. Microwave (800 Watt): place the lid loosely on the container. Heat the sauce for 1.5 minutes, stir briefly and then heat for another 1 minute. Stir the sauce before serving.
