Patak's Butter chicken sauce
A delicious sauce made from cream, tomato, and butter, flavored with fenugreek leaves and a hint of cardamom. Add yourself for a quick butter chicken stew: 500g chicken breast and basmati rice. Vegetable tip: serve with tender green beans and 10 halved cherry tomatoes. 15-20 minutes. Without artificial preservatives, colorings, or flavorings. Suitable for vegetarians. Butter chicken (also known as Murgh Makhani in Indian eateries) is a wonderfully rich and creamy sauce with butter (yes, really!). Mild, yet bursting with flavor. Preparation: briefly brown the chicken, add the sauce, and let it gently simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with basmati rice and vegetables.
