Dosage: How to use: Take 1 capsule 1 hour before going to sleep. Swallow the capsule whole with water, for example. Preferably keep a fixed time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Warnings and restrictions on use
Use is not recommended, unless otherwise advised: for children under the age of 18, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for a continuous period longer than 3 weeks, in case of autoimmune diseases, diabetes, liver or kidney problems, when using medicines that affect the brain and in blood pressure medicines.

Ingredients: nightcap extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), vegetable oil (rapeseed), lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), gelling agent (hydroxypropyl starch), humectants (sorbitol, glycerol), gelling agent (carrageenan), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), color (riboflavins), pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, acidity regulator (sodium carbonates).
