    Usage

    Bay leaf is indispensable in stews, meat and fish dishes, ratatouille, sauces, soups, herb vinegar, marinade, sweet and sour pickling, red cabbage, sauerkraut and legumes. Follow the recipe or your taste. Add the bay leaves during cooking and remove the leaves at the end of cooking.

    Dosage:
    2 leaves for 4 people.
    Store cool, dry and dark.
