This product is made according to a traditional recipe from the Snijders brothers. Due to its smaller size, it is ideal to eat as a snack. It is lightly smoked over beechwood in the old-fashioned way. Air-dried, slow matured for 4-6 weeks Mildly salted and mild in flavor 1 star Better Life quality mark, pork raised by Limburg farmers Thinly sliced on bread with apple syrup. Also on a pizza or toasted sandwich Paul Francken has worked in the sausage making trade for over 17 years. His father took over the business in 1994 from the Snijders brothers from Geleen. Today he is at the helm. His family has practiced the butcher’s craft for three generations. What he is proud of are the many artisanal 'Snijders' sausage varieties. For more than 75 years they have been known for the one and only genuine Limburg cervelaat.
