My name is Jeroen van der Zalm. I belong to the third generation of butchers in my family. With a lot of love and passion, my parents have built up a leading butcher's shop in the Benoordenhout district of The Hague since 1972. The profession was taught to us at a young age. When I was young, I already said that I wanted to be a butcher. After completing a study in another direction, I started training to become a butcher. From that moment on I knew for sure that I wanted to succeed my parents.
A medium-coarse version of liver and meat, a hint of cloves completes the taste.
